It's too expensive, but the food quality and the food is okay. 
There's a big button saying "cancel subscription" under setting, which you click on, and then you scroll down and click "cancel anyway" Before the "cancel anyway" button they're describing what you'll miss out on, if you cancel your service, just like most other subscription services do (like Audible)

it has been a while but i can't imagine a company like that being as wholesome as it make itself out to be
also have watched videos about the "saving" aspect of it. its much cheaper to order your groceries "normally" or just go shopping, the food waste part could be solved in many other ways like storing properly or trying to do mealprepping and either freeze or otherwise store them. as someone who has considered it because it seemed to solve problems i had, i chose against it. obviously make your own choices ect ect but yeah. wanted to add.
