That isnt many females, its getting smaller and smaller /: 
I assume it seems this way with VP's recent growth. (If I'm wrong or there's other reasons I'd be happy to hear them as it can be hard to see an outside perspective after being in the team for a few years. )
I'm all for making changes to adapt to that, but right now participation hasn't increased by much if at all most of the time so that makes it difficult.
If there's an increase I'm sure the team will want to adapt to that.

another note on participation is that, the more that join = more winners

100 females = 30 winners
200 females = 60 winners

it would only get low if there's low participation, which hasn't been the case recently
