In case you don't know, the past three months I have developed a tic problem. Very recently I was "diagnosed" with an anxiety disorder for the first time and currently, we believe they manifested because of my anxiety (Dissociative Conversion Disorder). Life has been pretty different since they started.

Neck moving Shoulders moving Hands jerking upwards Clapping (Constantly. I'm constantly clapping) Punching or slamming fists (Or punching the other open hand) Slapping objects or my legs/face Chomping my teeth hard + scrunching my face or moving my head forward Clenching my jaw as hard as I can (Happens a lot, even mid-sentence so I can't talk) Stuttering Blowing air (Repetitavely so I'm out of breath or faint-headed) Scrunching my face Aggressively repeating repetitive movements (such as typing or tapping or writing) Smashing my fingers onto whatever they're resting on Stomping my foot when walking or sitting Moving my hands open to the side of my head (As if I'm going to smack it- sometimes I do) "Cracking an egg on my head" (Making a fist above my head and hitting it) Hitting my jaw Pulling my hand back when I'm reaching forward Throwing my phone Extending all my fingers as far as I can Making a fist as tight as I can Interchanging between the above two (Making a fist, extending fingers, making a fist again) *Whistling *Saying "Who" *Saying "Please" *Saying "Ba" or "Banana"
Even though it's allegedly stemming from anxiety, any surge of strong emotion (+ or -) worsens them. When my Huion arrived the other day it got bad. lol.ย
