Hello wizards & witches!

We are happy to welcome you all to the very first event in our brand new Harry Potter series! @Era came up with this lovely series idea and then left it in our hands, and we are so happy & excited to carry it out. 

Since Christmas is right around the corner we thought what better way to start this series than with a HP yule ball inspired event! The yule ball was a formal Christmas celebration held on the 25th of December for students of various wizarding schools who participated in the Triwizard Tournament. We have all had quite the year, so we think we all deserve a dashing yule ball of our own!



Task:
Inspired by the Patil twins, your task is to partner up with another player and come up with two "twinning" formal looks for the yule ball! There has to be a clear correlations between both looks, but the avatars don't have to be of the same gender.



Rules:
- You may only enter this competition once, no side-accounts!
 - Do not edit your post. If you wish to change your entry, delete your first one and post again. Edited posts will be disqualified.
- You may not use unreleased items.
- If you quote another player's entry, make sure to delete the picture.
- Make sure that only one player posts the entry and that both looks are presented.

Q: Can we example dress up like yin/yang?
A: on one hand 1 person in black and another in white wouldn't quite be twinning, however we suppose it could be done accordingly to the task if for instance some of the same items are used. In different words: it really depends on the execution. Maybe consider a different theme unless you're set on it.


Q: Does it have to have a strong Harry Potter feel to it and do we have to use exciting characters from it
A: No to both of that. As long as you are twinning and the looks fit the theme of formal (ball) wear, then you are good!
