My contact person just tells me to let myself feel every emotion, which can be good, but I want resources for how to deal with when I get suicidal bc of my fp and etc.

i never understood that concept really, like sure i had some ppl i relied on support from, but i mostly wanted to be alone and was just angry all the time while also being self destructive
