it was nice except it got undercooked because it didn't wanna cook at the bottom

but the taste was good at least
next time i'm gonna pre cook the dough before putting on topping

that works for me most of the time, recently I've been using the bottom rack of the oven and that helps

like i can do regular pizza but this sourdough pizza turns out to be a whole other game
