Mine is balloons, and I've had it since i can remember lol
My earliest memory of not liking them is when I was probably 7 or 8 and my parents would have church while my sister and I were in the kids sunday school downstairs in the basement of church.

They wanted us to play a game where all us kids had balloons tied to our foot and the goal was to pop each others balloons.

For some reason little me had a full blown panic attack and shut down like I wouldn't talk to anyone for a bit haha

i also used to hallucinate which made me scared of the dark but now i know there's nothing there

i'm also "scared" of loud noises because my hearing is rly sensitive and it hurts but i don't count it as a fear per se

my only actual fear which i might classify as a phobia is wasps/bees due to a traumatic event as a kid. i used to get nauseous even looking at a pic of wasps/bees or honeycombs/anything that i might associate with wasps/bees, but i've gotten better there. i do still instinctively panic and/or run away from anything that flies and makes a buzzing sound,, once i determine it's a fly or beetle or something then i calm down

not a weird one but i think i have mild arachnophobia but really only in real life i can handle spiders in games/media. i guess thats where the mild comes in
