ReportVP ideas

Will be updated throughout the time if I have anything new to add.
Some of these ideas I have suggested before, and may also have been suggested by others before :]

All ideas could be changed a little depending on whether it is more convenient, after all, they are just ideas.

This game has a special place in my heart and I would like to support it until the end and help improve it as much as possible.

1. New MCM structure
1.1♥︎ End the current €48,- tier [possibly also €24,-]
1.2♥︎ Monthly PD and CR sets in the shops
1.3♥︎ Token system

1.1: Getting rid of the last tier(s) might actually help people to spend more cr by keeping the same amount of sets, devided over less paid options. More on this in 1.2 and 1.3
1.2: The shop barely gets any new items added to it. My idea is to at the very least use some of the low MCM tiers and put these into the shop as 1 PD and 1 CR set. These sets will stay in the shop for 1 month, they rotate together with the rest of MCM.
1.3: The first part of the token system is not my idea, but because I want to add on this idea I am talking about it anyways. By buying cr for MCM, you could receive a certain amount of tokens, the more cr you buy, the more tokens you get. You could still give out tokens for the €24,- and €48,- tier, or maybe even keep tokens limited to just these tiers. I just want to add that it would be really nice to also have a default token shop, one that contains diamonds. These items are super rare, super wanted and could be sold for a higher amount of tokens. I am sure it would make people want to save up for it [by buying cr over a longer period of time]

2. Level based rewards
This idea originally also doesn't come from me, but I would like to say how I would personally apply this.
VP doesn't really do much with the popstar theme, nor does it feel very rewarding to hit certain levels. I think it would be an amazing idea to add a reward system for each level you reach, but only the first time you reach the level [since now we still have the bodyguard system in place].

Some reward ideas for leveling up: PD, CR, unique clothing items in popstar theme that are exclusively obtainable by reaching said level, tokens [tokens for maybe only the highest levels obtainable, since it would boost motivation to get a manager], maybe a deluxe jet or item that improves your travel durability.

3. Updated bodyguard system
3.1♥︎ Make having a bodyguard a bonus instead of it being a punishment if you don't have one
3.2♥︎ Have automatic bodyguard with manager and/or diamond member
3.3♥︎ Have a cap on the amount of fans lost without a bodyguard

3.1: Right now if you don't have a bodyguard, you get punished. Maybe you could have it be a bonus instead, like making you immune to getting sabotaged [which is also a pretty outdated mechanic that maybe we should get rid of].
3.2: It would be nice if your bodyguard is automatic during the period you have a manager and/or diamond member [this specific part on bodyguards is not my original idea].
3.3: By far the biggest issue with the bodyguard mechanic is that you can lose so many fans over a long period of time. This is a huge setback for any old players who are returning to the game so I want to suggest to at the very least put a cap on the amount of fans you can lose. For example not being able to lose any more fans if you have not been online for longer than 3 months. Or you could even say: you lose the normal amount of fans for the first 3 months, then you lose them at half the speed for another 3 months and if you are offline for over 6 months you don't lose any more fans at all by not having a bodyguard.

4. Updated emoji system

4.1♥︎ Adding more emojis
4.2♥︎ Being able to favourite/pick emojis
4.3♥︎ Having a 'Like' system for startalks and posts

4.1: The current emojis on VP are fun, but quite outdated. It would be great if we could add on to it. My idea is to use emojis made by the players itself and turn it into an all-server-wide competition. The winning emojis will be added to the game and winners get some cr/token prizes.
4.2: In the case of having more emojis added to the game, it would be nice to be able to favourite a few emojis so these will appear at the top of the emoji-box when picking one from the list. Alternatively, you could pick which emojis even appear on your box at all.
4.3: Having the possibility to respond with either a like [thumbs up, heart, etc.] on startalk and forum posts. Make sure to not have a dislike button, as it would be better to keep this a positive thing only. You could make it limited to just startalk posts too [liking posts]. This is a nice option for people who like to lurk, but don't really know what to say. Like this you can still see people care. Maybe also make it so only the owner of the post can see who liked it.

5. Official VP themes
5.1♥︎ Personal list of themes
5.2♥︎ Obtaining new themes

5.1: Having a category on your profile settings to pick from a list of VP themes so that instead of the default theme, you can set your own [from the ones that you own].
5.2: Making it so that you can purchase new themes with either CR, tokens, or new levels. This would again give players more things to spend their cr on or be an extra motivation to get higher levels to unlock special themes. People on dress-up forums love customization.

6. Alternating between Male and Female wardrobes
While I understand having a different wardrobe for male vs female models, I do think everyone should have access to both of these with a toggle. Right now the English server is the only one really using male models, and they also get a lot less updates.
I suggest that when you make a new character, you can still pick whether to start as a male or female, but this just means that is the wardrobe you start with.
This would mean that everyone can trade male and female locked items, thus expanding on the market. This would also make MCM more attractive to those who default to having a male model, since they could still use many of those items with the toggle. I hope I was able to explain it well :]

7. Small guestbook update
Adding the year to guestbook messages. Right now it only shows the day and month number.

Yeah that makes sense! I'm just thinking that PP could easily fulfil the token role

I get what you mean! If they think about implementing it they could indeed also think about PP and the current role of them. Maybe even make an exchange system in which you can either trade 3PP for one token or one token for 3PP or something like that
