I don't mean this in any bad way but should you really be online right now? I think you should really lay down. Hot compress in your neck and cold towel on your forehead. If you have it use sumatriptan (is migraine prescription meds), if not combine ibuprofen with paracetamol and drink some water. Keep your room as dark as possible

U r so sweet nd caring lamby T--T  unfortunately this is my weekend as I work all actual weekend, so I alrdy had started drinkin when it happnd so I dont think pain killers wud b a good idea.. nd I dont got no migraine meds (Ive tried many nd they all didn do shit :cry:)
Is not bad rn cus cudnt take painkillers so was like u kno what if u drink some more it does result in less pain at least.. :cry (this is not some self medicate on alcohol preaching!! Dont do that!! But I was alrdy fucked it was the only pain killer help so shameful)

Sorry to mention it again but have you already tried sumatriptan in the past? For me that one was actually a huge change in my life. I also use candesartan daily. If not and you have proper healthcare available I recommend it a lot
