i know we r all familiar w how sams pb job is very shitty but i just need to illust5rate how horrible working in a toy store in december is as well 
for ppl confused i technically work at build a bear but the bab is a shop-in-shop inside of a toy store called ringo n sometimes i work regular shifts in the toy store instead, like i did today
its december 20th
ppl have had all december to buy gifts .... but still EVERYONE decided to do it today !!!!!!!!!!!!!
i could hardly walk the shop floor it was SO packed w ppl !!!!!!!!
why r parents letting their toddlers play w the toys on our floor, they r just in the way of everyone n theyre not even buying the stuff they r pllaying w !!!!!!!!!!!! its just cause the parents r lazy n it keeps the kid entertained while they shop so they dont have to keep an eye on their kid -_-
idiot customers asking me "im looking for a gift for a x year old kid" n doesnt tell me their gender, the budget, they cant tell me anything abt the kid nothing they like nix nada n yet they still have the audacity to say "no..." to everything i suggest
they will come into my store w a product on our website on their phone n show me n ask "do u have this" n i ask "have u clicked to see our stores stock?" n 9 out of 10 times they say "no" n i click 2 buttons on their screen n 9 out of 10 times it will literally flash red n say no we dont have it !!!!!!!!!11
or better yet....... the customers who come in w website of another toy store on their phone n show me n ask if we have this product n i say "no sorry we dont carry that" n they go ????but its on the website n i have to go "maam thats extra leker, this is ringo." n they go ??????huh are u not extra leker??????? n i have to tell them every time "no thats at (some place 30-40 minutes away)" n they go "thats too far" LIKE OKAY? and?
this WHOLE week, including today, we have had open 2 hrs longer at night than usual, and still about 15 people managed to queue up 10 minutes before closing today .... wanting their items wrapped as well........................
all this w the added stress of click&collects and we also started selling on wolt
plus shitty baby/toddler diapers stinking up the whole place
