(i don't personally use their forums a lot or ever know whats going on fully, but any time i've checked there is 6/10 times where it has been a POC who has been unjustly timed out over an opinion or statement they made, that didn't go against gsm's rules at all) 

there is currently a user who has made a topic addressing gsm's weird way of sanctioning POC and not others, and it was included in gsms apology post
