Mine was a bit shit.

Woke up at 5 with bad hair, biked to work at 5:30, started at 5:50. A farmer put fresh manuere on the field next to our house so I arrive smelling like shit.
First thing I walked up to: boss in bad mood because they took the container with the baller but didn't deliver an empty one. 
7am they finally bring a new one and leave. 
We try it and it's broken. 
They call the service technician, earliest he can be here is 10:30. 

We have to put all our cardboard somewhere else, we end up putting plastic wrap around the roll containers and put all the cardboard there. 
We end up with 20 roll containers full of tiny cardboard pieces. 
10:30 still no technician. 
10:50 new delivery, 15 euro pallets with beverages.
10:55 someone unwraps a display with bubbly and they fucking explode?? 
There's like 80 bottles of fruity bubbly on the floor, broken glass everywhere. 
10 people running through the market (me including) grabbing every mop and bucket available. 
Absolute mess, took us 20 minutes to clean and to stop costumers from walking through puddles of alcohol and broken glass. 

FINALLY the technician arrives and fixes the baller. It's 26°C outside and the sun is buurning. We spend another 20 minutes throwing all the cardboard into the baller. 
I smell and feel like absolute shit and I think I'm a bit drunk from inhaling all the bubbly. 

I'm done with my work at 1am and leave. I bike to another supermarket to buy something but they don't have it so I bike home. 
Went straight to bed and slept for an hour lol

Naur that’s more a animal welfare and/or agriculture thing than a vet med / animal care thing, it’s just in our curriculum that we have to be educated to work with horses, cats and dogs

Tbf idk what the vet students  have to do I know they do have to interact with livestock animals at some point but idk if it’s in a slaughter house context

Would you ever be interested in working with exotic pets?

When my ferret became ill, I had a hell of a time trying to find places that would treat him

my day was uneventful, left work early to get a mani/pedi
