no the problem here is that she did order on phone alrdy so she had alrdy ordered nd her order was rdy when she came to store
nd the phone, before lettin u call, says like, that u only get campaign price if u order online
she didnt even say hi when gettin in she immediately was angry abt the sale thing nd Im like so confused cus she asked nothing on the phone nd was not confused

my coworker spent 15minutes trying to help her order online, which never happnd in the end bcus of, god such a long rambling I am actually stunned it is worrying

they ended up paying for the pizza at least normal prize cus I lowk expected them to say fuck u nd just leave

I get it, the problem is she came in hot

customer service taught me humility 
but my tolerance level was very low

Wish I was a big brave mf but Im not :cry I usually fall down like a dog w my tail between my legs help
But this lady rlly made me crash out I think this is my top 5 worst customers ever for real

Nd we have such a the customer is always right policy esp bcus we r a very small town nd recently mcdonalds opened here nd another pizzaplace also opened here nd boss is afraid of losong customers to them

But I rlly cudnt let this go like I gave no fucks if this lady had a hard time here I say lucky for her it was my coworker helping her nd not me nd that I only lashed out once cus god that customer was WRONG
but also tho we had alrdy made the order so makin her pay full price was a win for me so it wudnt b a loss
