We remodeled my bedroom, so I was sleeping on a matress in the attic and it was awesome! I also got my first Nightwish CD after listening to them on YT for ages (Imaginaerum) and I bought the DVD of Love never Dies (the australian anniversary edition) and completely fell in love with Fivegum Watermelon bubblegum. Can't smell synthetic watermelon or taste it without thinking about it. Can't listen to the album or musical without tasting watermelon.

my aunt had a round swimming pool, like these inflatable ones that can fit like an adult person floating and is about rift high? my two brothers, my two cousins and I would make vortexes by running along the edges and then at one point one of us would slide into the middle and spin around
also, we had screaming contests under water and majestic hairflip challenges (which granted, only my cousin and I did, because the guys never had hair long enough to flip, but they helped with the voting)

water is fun no matter what age! ;D

and yeah, the watermelon summer, as I like to call it, certainly was one of the best summers I've ever had
also the last summer I didn't have to spend studying because I flunked a class and had to take an exam to see if I made it into next year or had to retake that one

Another summer that comes to mind, is when I made a new friend by the name of Kate who ended up living across that street from me. Anyways we spent the summer hanging out and doing all sort of things together with another friend tagging along as well. It was a real big deal for me since this was the first major friend I made in a long time (I didn't have many friends during this time since I was bullied quite a lot then, so I kept to myself). She was literally like a big sister towards me.
