Oh no I don't care about the so-called responsibilities. But I don't like getting attention from strangers, and I certainly value my privacy above a lot of things.

genetic disease in which the red blood cells have a mutated sickle shape 
this increases likelihood of sickness, strokes, heart failure etc due to the bloodcells preventing blood flow to vital organs

most people dont care/know about it because it mainly affects people of african descent so most people wouldnt know someone who has had it
