Yea well with missing evidence it is hard. 
The resources have become better thought and finding a person through dna and data bases is easier. U can see that in the story about the golden state killer too.. It was someone else in their family, way back, that led to them finding him.

I think they find the isdalskvinne-case to be rather challenging as they've still failed to identify who she actually was

I know someone who have had jury duty yea, i think they only had one thought and it was for a milder crime, not anything serve.
