You know it's about to be december when your grandma' starts baking sirupslagkage because it has to be atleast a month (or a lil bit over) old before it tastes best


Tbh there isn't like one way to make marzipanroulade and the only "main" ingreadients for it is ofc the marzipan, nougat-filling and that you cover it with chocolate

For example in my family it's covered in both white and dark chocolate and we fill it with nougat and cocktailberries, where as some might fill it with dates and nuts
