If the changes are not serious changes to the rules that don't need to be taken seriously then you wouldn't have changed them at all. Are we supposed to not take seriously these changes and should go forward the same way as we have been until now without adjusting our behavior to match the adjusted rules?

I also don't understand what this means "I doubt many of you would have taken the time to revise what was already implemented"?  What are we supposed to revise as users? This is a very confusing statement.
