We generally try to talk it out amongst each other. If we can't make a decision, we ask Jess to step in. Worst comes to worst yes we do a vote to see what the rest of the team thinks.

i can only speak for myself but i like handling reports and helping the community in some way. it gives vp some kind of purpose to me if that makes sense 
we don't gain anything from it, we're probably the only team that doesn't
