Why did I get a TO/Warning/Forum closure? These rules are meant to easily answer these questions. It's literally the same rules +5, no need to panic or not understand things.

If things end up not working out, changes can be made. These rules aren't carved in stone for forever and this thread can be used to add more context to the things that need it.
I mean, impossible to write crystal clear rules, y'all could at least start w writing what u mean like the es issue, and not just glorify it into something it is not, cus no, it is NOT a rule against talking abt or advertising other forums/avatar sites, its a rule against talking abt es at all. Like just write what u mean ffs

Speaking a different language should only be in language-specific record labels and startalks, places that are only seen by a select few.

yes i get that, but again, does it matter if someone cant understand what someone wrote in someone else's guestbook? they don't need to understand it. because it's not for them.
