Cannot be more true than that

life can kick one in the balls pretty hard, but even without that, such a position can and WILL drain you if you are not ready\aware of what it could entail.

This. I'm not an admin but, i feel like because the user base is small people feel like the work is gonna be easy and "anyone can do it"
