reason for being here: she felt neglected as a child, her parent's never really paid attention to her and it caused her to develop bad behavior. the school had it with her and called her parent's and a counselor who both decided she belonged in the home. she also suffers from anorexia. / has anger issues, developed a drug + alcohol addiction.

other - katara has nacrolepsy, meaning her sleeping pattern is preeeety messed up; her brain functions so that her sleep wake pattern is a bit weird and she sleeps in the daytime as well as the night, so usually, she's tired. they call her sleeping beauty. the nurses and doctors are finding ways to get her sleeping pattern back to normal, so they advise people to try to keep her awake when it looks like she's about to doze off. she also IED, which means she gets very angry, to the point where she'll hurt you. this princess is not beauty // jaxon has ocd and an anxiety disorder, so he's constantly worrying and nervous and shy and he hates disorganization and likes things clean. he also has to do things a certain number of times otherwise it doesn't feel right and he relies on the number four. he's also a mute, since birth, so he uses sign languague and a pen and paper.

reason for being here: Kylie has panic disorder which causes her to have feelings of terror that strike suddenly and repeatedly with no warning. she also suffers from bipolar disorder [manic depression] so therefore somedays she's off and somedays she's on. She's suffered alot through her childhood, teasing, bullying, etc. / suffers from alcohol dependency and now is going through withdrawal from being in the center. He also has anger issues, he can go from 0-10 instantly if he's set off.

Reason: She has bipolar disorder which is a condition where a person goes through periods of being depressed, or extremely happy, or extremely sad. It got really bad and her parents had to send her off so no one could get hurt and she would stop hurting herself. She was also diagnosed with bulimia nervousa, but she's making progress on that. | His parents gave him up for adoption as a kid, and he's been in numerous homes, all giving him up after he became too unbearable. Being unbearable meant that he would drink and smoke way too much. To a point where he lost control of himself completely. So, his last house decided it was enough and brought him here. When he was younger, he'd realized he had dyslexia, and he got bullied for it in school, but along the years it got better, but he still has it sometimes.

kimburly was sitting in the corner of one of the couches in the lounge right now, deep in to her book. she tucked one side of her hair behind her ear and took a few seconds to glance around the room. some people were meeting with their therapist's right now. she looked down and ran her pale skinny fingers across the page, recovering her spot.

christian was in his room, sitting on the window seal while smoking a blunt. he'd been so stressed lately he needed them. the pills stopped working and he didn't want to be assigned stronger one's. he took a long drag before blowing the smoke through his nose. he sprayed some more air freshener across the room to try and reduce the smell.

Kylie sat in her favorite chair in the lounge and messed with her hat. She curled into a ball and glanced around the room. She was waiting to see her therapist, who was with another patient at the moment. She picked with her nails and bit her lip. She needed some fresh air. She stood up and walked to the window, sitting on the window sill.

Paulie was in bed, he'd been throwing up again so they gave him some medicine to keep the vomit down and sent him to his room. He groaned and stared at the wall. he hated this, he hated this feeling, he hated what withdrawal was doing to him.

Tara took a deep breath as she walked into the lounge. She was tired of being locked in her stupid room and she needed to get out before she'd do something she'd regret. Thats what they taught her. Think it through, breathe, and then see if what you were about to do made sense. She noticed another girl and she wanted to talk to her, get to know someone at least, but then she decided against it, not wanting to annoy anyone with her stupid disorder. Her gaze stopped at the kitchen and she felt her stomach rumble, calling for food. She decided eating a little wouldn't hurt anyone, so she walked tobthe kitchen, smiling slightly.

Kade was sprawled on his bed, staring up at the ceiling. The florescent lights lit up in room, but he didn't like that. He wanted it dark so he couldn't see anything even with his eyes open. He rolled over in his bed, walking over to the door and slipping on some shors. He walked out the room and into the hallway, looking around with wide eyes.
