Diclaimer: In no way do I take credits of any of the plots.
For years and years you have been emotionally and physically involved with a guy. At the beginning he was great to you, then it all went downhill. He stopped caring for you really, he would drink and then do things to you that are too hurtful for you to even bring up. You can't get away from him though because he threatens to hurt you and your family and he doesn't even let you visit them. One evening you're out because your boyfriend was to meet some friends when this guy approaches you and calls you beautiful. This is the first time you can remember ever being called beautiful, and you can't help but blush and smile. Well this sets your boyfriend off. He grabs you by the arm and drags you out of the resturant. You hope that he'd wait to get home before he'd hurt you, but no he pulls you into an alleyway where he starts screaming at you about being a slvt, and how you're his not some tramp that can flirt with any guy she wants. Then he hits you. Usually when he hits you, it's one punch and he's done but not tonight. His face is red, boiling in anger and he keeps hitting you. Over and over and over. You scream and cry, but he shows no mercy. It's so bad you can barely see anything because it's so bloody. Well suddenly you hear a shout and the punches stop, you wipe your eyes of the blood to see a guy beating the stuffing out of your boyfriend telling him that he should never treat a lady in such a manner. When your boyfriend finally stumbles away screaming that he can have you that you're just an easy lay anyways the guy comes over and helps you up, wiping the tears and blood from your face. You break down in his arms, thanking him over and over for what he did. He tells you in was really nothing, but to you it's everything. He helps you up and suggests you come with him and he can get you help. Before you can say anything he's whisked you away into a car and before you know it you've passed out and the next morning you wake up, and the boy sits next to you and he holds your hands and acts like what a real boyfriend should act like. He likes you, and you like him. But you're afraid he's going to do to you what your last boyfriend did. It's a shot in a dark, but can you learn to trust the boy? She's a pop singer, well, not just any pop singer but quite possibly one of the most famous women in the world; you would struggle to find anyone who hadn't heard of her and is worth and absolute fortune. However, following receiving threatening notes, her manager hires one of the best bodyguard's in the business who has worked for all kinds of people at the top, however, he is haunted by the fact that when he was on duty to guard one of the Presidents, he failed to protect him in time before he was shot, therefore he is extra precautious when looking after her, which she feels is totally unnecessary. However, what happens when after time, he begins to fall in love with her? He knows he can't mix business with love; all she is supposed to be to him is something he must keep his eye on and make sure no one hurts her but all this would be made so much harder with an emotional attachment involved, making him even more dedicated to not let the same thing that happened to the president, happen to her. Will it work in the end? Or will they be doomed to be star-crossed lovers. You're both completely different personalities; you're a typical laid back man. You have a past, a very deep past and you drink, a lot, usually to make up for this. You're sarcastic, cynical, mocking but deep down you're a good guy. Then there's your room mate, the complete opposite; she's cute, prim and proper, has her head in the clouds from time to time and always sees the beautiful side in things, she dresses flamboyant and in your opinion she talks far too much. You are both completely different, you drive her crazy with your lack of ambition, drunken ways and the way you take the piss out of her all the time, and she drives you crazy with the way she talks all the time, sees the beauty in everything and tries to do the same with you. But there's something ... odd between you, you are a good team. Do opposites attract? Will it flourish into something else?
