Pretty much, our avatar's can get ill like we can if we don't keep them fed pretty much. A bit like the bodyguard however it allows us to 'top up' our models for a month. The only thing it effects however is how many tours etc you can do in a week and during them you gain less fans rather then losing them.

I did try to do some a while ago, but if you can find me a colour of a skin chart and tell me which ones you want I can do that.
