I, for one, am a pacifist unless it comes to unjust things, and I am SO SICK of thinking about bringing up inflammatory subjects and being forced to shut my trap just so that other people here can live the illusion of this site being problem free. Maybe this team could be separate from being influenced by the opinions of mods or the admin.
That way, there would be no biases, and only the right people would be picked for the job
They could spread tranquility, improve the positivity here, and put an end to arguments that clearly have been blown out of proportions.
We'd look for mature, professional people, unbiased against all, and great at observing and analyzing situations. We'd need subtlety, calmness, and the courage to do the right thing without the fear of being oppressed by others.
We wouldn't be more privileged than others, we wouldn't CARE about being considered higher than others. Because we have no purpose but to make others feel better.
In fact, maybe what we need isn't a team, but a group of active people that understand others and are sensitive to the workings of life and common sense.
But this is only an idea. FINALLY proposed because I'm too tired to make a discussion topic for this. I can't waste my breath arguing and diverging from the main topic.
If anyone rightly sane or insane needs me, I'll be waiting by my inbox.
*edit- I'm also thinking that people who have been on here longer would be on the team because if they ware active in forums longer, people would be more inclined to consult with the team

I feel like all the forum-active ppl should have a say on that, since I rarely intrude upon personal spats and there's no way of knowing what goes on in pms :/ I would say fresh blood or ppl who rly don't care about anything but what another person is feeling should be chosen as team members. I mean, since everything is online and not face to face, unless u do stalking, the question of beauty matters not. So there's no discrimination on that. The team's gotta be mature enough to accept anyone for who they are, and be understanding of circumstances. Maybe there could be certain sections in this team that deals with certain problems, and the other team members could direct ppl to them XD I hope this is t deviating too far from the site tho
