Shorter explanation to every class:

Barbarian: pretty much what it says. Brute force
Bard: Usually charismatic, plays a instrument most of the time
Cleric: They worship a god that gives them divine powers. Can be good but also cleric of evil god
Druid: Shapeshifters and nature is usually big part of them
Fighter: Your regular knight in shining armor. 'Basic' among the other classes
Monk: What you expect. Throws punches, some may be spiritual
Paladin: Holy person like cleric. While paladins try to make themself worthy of their gods blessing, justice, righteousness etc
Ranger: Knows how to navigate in the wilderness, can have animal companions, generic weapon could be bow
Rogue: Thiefs, assassins are the general ones
Sorcerer: Natural gift for magic. Magic casters
Warlock: They get their magic of making a pact with mysterious beings. Usually user of dark magic
Wizard: Magic caster like sorcerer
