Ah, that sucks. I hope you are able to get a phone soon. If I can do anything to help you post your drawings in time, just hmu.

Thank you, but the problem is that without a phone I can't take pictures of my drawings to upload, so without it nobody can do anything to help me, but hopefully that'll be fixed soon, it's been a real struggle without a phone
That's unfortunate. Have you asked BT if they'll allow you a delay if you can't get it in on time?

I haven't because I don't think it's fair for everyone else who's doing it on time, who knows how long it's gonna take me to get a new phone anyway

i've been skipping class lately (studying to become a teacher) and i'm feeling guilty about it and every day i'm gone it gets worse and it's like a vicious circle... anyone have any tips??

i've tried lighting candles and drinking tea / coffee and that helps a bit (i'm studying from home atm)

hi !! aah, i have never gotten into audiobooks rly... think i'm too picky with the voices they use to read up the books

i've had a shitty day, study wise and happiness/sadness wise, but i'm hoping for a productive day 2morrow
The narrator can easily make or break a book. My main issue with audiobooks is that I find it harder to focus on the details so I regularly lose some of the plot and thus the book becomes less engaging.

Aw, that sucks. I hope you have a productive day tomorrow as well. I need that too. Tag me if you're doing your topic again. We can keep each other accountable.
yeah i experiences that as well, i think i'm more into reading books myself but listening to podcasts etc for entertainment but who knows, might give audiobooks another try sometime

aah thanks, crossed fingers for us both!
I mostly do audiobooks for commutes and half an hour before bed. Especially commutes are just time I got to fill since I can't do much more than look out the window since I get car sick easily.

had to take one of those covid express tests at school today. those who didnt do it just went home and will come back at friday (someone got sick and apparently it happened at 27th ) while us who did the test (aka allowed to do it) will have to do another test. and i get it if self quarantining would be for ten days(like it's supposed to here idk about other countries), it would make sense for us to do another one, but since someone got sick at 27th  everybody will come back at friday so in 3 days....and i will have to go and take another test within 72h... so it literally means that i can in fact do this test before friday aka before the day everyone will come back which makes absolutely no sense which is the reason why my mom and i  got mad today
lmao i literally ranted sorry for this verbal diarrhea

I skipped class yesterday and it felt bad, so I know the feeling per se. I think it's good to remember that the main point is that you learn the material - if that's in class or not isn't consequential unless you got obligatory attendance.  I think you just gotta choose a day and tell yourself you'll go, and if you can't do all of them right away, choose some of them (maybe the hardest course or one with a lot of pensum so you don't have to read everything at home) to attend. If you can find someone to sit beside in class too or work with, that could be motivating.

Hot drinks and candles sound really cozy. Do you like scented candles?

We took express tests in front of a class trip a month ago. We also had to take two, even if the first one was negative. It was to confirm that you have not gotten covid between the time of your first test (which should comfirm\deny, but thus very loosely as those are very fallible) and the time you are going back to school. What I'm not understanding is why were only some of your class allowed to take the test? If someone in the class was sick, everyone should take it. Many have it without symptoms (as you know).

Ow, I hope you find someone.

I like some. I'm quite picky on smells, but my favorite is Hjol by Ljos Candles. I'm burning one of their other ones, Skogr, at the moment, but Hjol is by far my favorite and one I will repurchase when I've burned down the other one. I was actually hoping they'd make a reed diffuser with my favorite scent, but that's yet to come.
