Even just whatever you are interested in, make that a theme i.e. make something Nikki inspired. Even if the theme gets a little specific, people can google. Personally, I like having a weird/not my thing theme more than no theme at all. 

Oh maybe "use only this designer or these two designers" with maybe an exception for skin or something? Themes that narrow down your wd help a lot because... it is very large...
