the thing is, you can't ONLY burn inner thigh fat. you can't control where you lose your fat as you lose weight. for some, inner thighs is the last place they burn fat. which is why it's misleading to title your leg workout videos as "burn leg fat". if you only did leg and butt workouts while in a calorie deficit, you'd still end up losing fat from your upper torso sooner or later. basically any full body workout is great for beginners tho. just target those big muscle groups and slowly use more resistance (weights, resistance bands).
"major clickbait" would be "lose 100kg per week" and it would be a full video of jumping jacks. then she obviously has major click bait in her video titles. i've understood that hip dips are mostly due to your pelvic bone structure, not where you store fat ( = love handles). i have hip dips and i've always had them, no matter my fat% or muscle mass. it's because my pelvic bones are more straight up and higher, rather than that smooth hourglass figure.
