I only wear gems/studs. 
But there's some real nice ones out there. 
The amount of time you have to wait for the hoop will depend in your body, on avg I'd say our clients would be 6-10month realistically. The year is rare but true for some. 

I have thought about rose gold rings in my lowest set of nostrils tho,  even tho I don't really like rings. 
My piercer says it'll look like shit with my septum piercing, 
Kinda wanna try anyways. 😅
