that's really hard when i've nowhere i gotta be 
i mean, seriously
but yeah tomorrow i have to get up early because i booked the laundry room and i've tons of laundry due to not having been able to do a lot of laundry cos i've been moving in and before that i stayed at my mom's house for two weeks with all my shit packed in bags and boxes

you're talking to someone who has chronic anaemia, I'm basically tired all day long
I definitely can run on 6 hours of sleep, but that's not optimal and only works for two days in a row
7 goes for a week
my best sleep duration is from 8 to 8 1/2 hours
if you have trouble sleeping when it's still bright outside, investing in blackout curtains can be a great idea
it also helps with some of the not hormones but other things that go on in your sleep, when you sleep in darkness
try a few different schedules out, give them about a week or more to see if they work out for you or not and then tweak them
they found out that some people work best in the mornings and really like getting up early (I'm one of them myself, I get along the day best when waking up at 7am, which isn't even that early) and then there are people who are more active during later hours - for those waking up around 9-10am is bettr for their productivity and then being up later into the night
i mean i used to love getting up early when i was in a relationship lol but prior to that i was always more of a night time kinda person and i think i'm reverting back into that now because it's what's natural to me? idk

if it's natural to you and doesn't disrupt your life, you might want to stick to it?
I usually adapt a more night-inclined schedule when on vacation so I can spend more time with all my night owl friends (ok, half of them work on shifts, so it actually makes sense why they only get home at 1am and then still have about 4 hours ahead of them before they go to bed)

anyway i managed to get up at 7 today!!!! but lo and behold tomorrow is midsummer so even if i manage to get shit right now, i sure am gonna fuck it up again tomorrow because BARBECUE and DRINKS and SUN OUT ALL NIGHT and uh eh yes
