Not saying that Germans are the only ones with bad/broken English, but where I live, even the younger ones literally text me like this:
"I don't can say ist know"
"Tomorrow we talking"
tbh, I think it's just dumb to be upset about this
they obviously try their best and they might just not be in a place where they can learn proper english
yes, english is a worldwide spoken english, but it's not their mother tongue and most people don't talk their second language well, especially considering how many english speaking natives don't talk any second language at all
yes, you could always speak a language better, but as long as it#s understandable... not really a reason to be salty about it
I'm not salty/upset though. I just disagreed with a comment saying that Germans speak English well
