But beauty is not a fact. So it doesn't have to be reality. It is your subjective opinion that is not good for your health. Build up thoughts to yourself. You don't have to think you're extremely great, but at least try to be on a neutral level

it sucks bc getting friends, sex, relationships, even jobs is easier if you are pretty

This is your own opinion of yourself that punishes you in your head. I don't know you but you always made an open and cool impression on me. I'm not saying that because I want you to be better. I have no reason to carefor you , but it is important to me that you are more open to the beautiful that other people can see in you. The problem is not the others, your problem is your self-loathing.
I can't know what other ppl think or see das the problem ig idk but before I can I can't just disregard that tbh 
You shouldn't ignore it either. I know being self-critical or having self-loathing doesn't go away overnight. But insight is the way to get better and what you need to understand now is that your negative thoughts about yourself are undeserved. Thats the first lesson to learn

This is like that study that ordinary jane gets a higher rating than prettier girls but honestly im like at da bottom of all of that it don't matter that my face looks not boring cus its hard to look at somtimes
