I know. I'm trying to get better tho, I changed my diet because I used to go on keto and just eat 500kcl per day and that did not work well for me, but I'm also trying to lose weight for health reasons.

We have a lot of diseases related to weight and stuff in our family, and one of my parents is overweight and was worried about my eating habits which I understand cause I gained a lot of weight by only eating Mcdonald's

/ i also aim to drink a lot of water, I realized a lot of it was bloating when I thought I'd gained weight in a couple of days lol

but I used to eat very little and 1200 is A LOT of food to me, especially cuz the foods are that filling idkkkk
