but if i had an eating disorder i would be triggered by this thread easily
specifically by you mentioning your weight and your goal weight and the time periods too.

social media for young people everywhere is filled by content that triggers eating disorders. i am not saying that ALL diet talk ever should be banned but i am personally fed up buy seeing it everywhere. i go on tik tok and its full of skinny girls posting "what i eat in a day" or instagram with stupid workout posts and good food and bad food posts.

I used to have an eating disorder and I did not get triggered about overweight people trying to get to normal weight lol.

Thank you! And yea it took a while for me to understand that too, I set big goals but didn't care about how I get there, but had a mental breakdown and called my mom lol. She's experienced with that kind of stuff and helped me a lot to understand and calmed me down. Now I'm very excited to see results, but also so happy to see that it will happen if I put effort on it.

Also I have been on a diet and it was sooo hard, now I kind of enjoy what I'm eating even tho I cut out sugar lol. Haven't missed it a lot but wanted to reward myself so let's see if that ice cream is as good as I remember 


I struggle finding healthier snacks xD Usually order from subway.

But I'll check that out!

Omg I understand! I'm probably slowing myself down for not completely cutting things out but like just calorie counting/portion sizing and being aware that I'm not hungry just bored or stressed has completely changed my relationship with food!

Like I had my favorite ice cream in the freezer for a couple weeks and I only ate it rarely and half the portion size and felt content and Im like ???? who is she???
Ohh yea, that's totally okay too!! 
Some people don't cut out any foods just eat less calories. Personally I just find it easier to control the calorie deficit if I eat foods that don't easily go up the limit hehe. (I get wild if I start eating cuz I used to binge eat a lot)

I find small fruits really great to snack on at least for me cause I like the just like mindless hand to mouth snack and popcorn can sneakily become a meals worth of calories

I'm doing the chloe ting workouts, (not expecting major results even tho people seem to get nicely toned) at home because they are beginner friendly and my knees are kind of weak lol

Yoga has always sounded interesting to me but i have never tried it
