hm if resistance is still a concern then try to just take one only mayb, and 4 when it's severe yes (i think it's a lot tbh but if it helps you..)

That's individual. If you don't have any immediate ones then your biggest risk is just overall exposure. Generally, people seem to do well with taking them in ny and ne, like no harm done.

according my dad (lmao best source) it's more likely you build up a resistance to something if you take the wrong dose of it, i.e. too little.
