i was tested for autism before they found out i had schizotypal disorder, so it's very very possible
also like psychology is a constant moving target
i also feel like both are under-diagnosed in women and girls, since the traits show up differently - not as "clear" as w males and boys. again that's a bias originating in misogyny too.
