But as of for now I would become more happy if I were able to afford to buy an 40-50 sqm apartment instead of living in my tiny dorm room which is falling apart and is cold at winter.
One thing that wouldn’t bring me as much happiness as above would, if I were already living in a huge house and buying another even bigger house, it would kinda feel abit unecessary and lonely
