I made my fries first in an air fryer, then finished melting the cheese on top in the oven
you could probably just heat up frozen fries on a baking tray in the oven for 20 minutes or so, pour the gravy and cheese over top, throw it back in for 2 minutes and voila!

also for the fryer part, you could just use an oven!
