just good ol gravy, curds and thick fries

I would die for a sushi boat from my favorite childhood restaurant 
give me 34 shrimp tempura rolls and id die happy

I think I need to make it myself because i've never seen poutine anywhere. What souce is your typica poutine???

hardest thing to find making poutine at home is the cheese curds
luckily im near the boarder of Canada and a state famous for their cheese so finding curds around here isn't hard but when I lived in the south, it was impossible

this video is probably a good place to start!

I made my fries first in an air fryer, then finished melting the cheese on top in the oven 
you could probably just heat up frozen fries on a baking tray in the oven for 20 minutes or so, pour the gravy and cheese over top, throw it back in for 2 minutes and voila!

Do you get the frozen fries first out of the freezer for a while? If I get them right away from freezer, if they're in overn - they got soggy and unpleasant asdfghj
