Yes its not red or swollen at all n thats weird in itselff idk n theres one white ish spot inside it but the rest is just yellow or red I guess
sounds like its infected imo,, but i wouldnt be too worried
just cleanse it with warm water and soap without perfume. and u should cover it with a bandaid after, so dirt and bacterias doesnt get into itt
but yesh, just clean properly like daily n u should be fine!! but ofc if its bad or gets worse,,go see a doctor, i aint a pro sadly
I think it isn't too bad but I cleaned n put on a band aid yes but I feel like band aid makes it worse cus it can evr dry up so I get full of blood n wound liquid blergh

Well it's good to let that shit out, the wound is cleaning itself. I once had an infected wound that dried up and the doctor actually had to open the wound again to allow it to pus out (although that was a huge flesh-deep wound, idk about yours)

ahhh i hate bandaids for that exact reason,, but itll heal over time n as long as its like an open wound it should be covered so that it doesnt get dirtyh

a cold is a virus, an infected wound is caused by bacteria. Bacteria and virus infections are battled by diffrent parts of the immunesystem. So a cold isnt gonna stop the body from taking care of your wound

Well it's good to let that shit out, the wound is cleaning itself. I once had an infected wound that dried up and the doctor actually had to open the wound again to allow it to pus out (although that was a huge flesh-deep wound, idk about yours) 
Its not down to the flesh only the fat n theres no gunk rlly only thin liquid uhh
