okok i found it. his $3 patreons r called Yeoman of the Pantry, $5 r called Steward of the Buttery and $10 is called Marshal of the Spicery. it's the details for me 👌

Tbh I think it could be rather fun trying to make some of the recepies since it's kind of interesting how food used to taste  because spices and even heat can make a really large difference to the taste
