I stand for what I said. If people won't accept people with other opinions, then it is fine by me.

We all work and think different. I am not trying to disrespect any of you, or the site, or the owner. I think the site has many nice features, and it's cool it has been open since 2012.

Thank you for explaining. I understand why it is this way, the post is just to address that things could be better with some few adjustments. Some things tho f.eks. the manager example, I can take credits for; I am a VP newb.
