Nurses and doctors have major differences in knowledge. Even doctors do. Most doctors don't specialize in anything related to viral disease and vaccination, so they often don't know what they're talking about.
For what it's worth, my dad's a doctor so he got the vaccine 2 weeks ago. Aside from the tail he grew, he's completely fine. My grands all took it too. They're fine too. So have over a million and a half people in my country.
The worst case scenario for the vast majority of people is that it doesn't work, which is still bad but it's not sterilization, it just brings us back to square one.
Aside from all that, the vaccine has been rigorously tested, more so than most vaccines, and has been found to be 95% effective for the current strain (not sure about the British and South African mutations), as far as I'm aware. It's based on research that has been done about a decade ago on SARS, the project has been dropped and reopened again this year so it's not even new.
Please get vaccinated, you work in a hospital so you're probably among some of the most vulnerable people and they need you not to get sick, for their sake and for yours.

a healthy person can very much die from the flu and do you know for sure that you are 100% healthy? It has been proven statistically that covid is more dangerous than the flu and many 'healthy' people are not so healthy anymore after they had it, brain damage, can't smell anything anymore, damage in your heart,... 

Not even talking about how fucking self centered this view is, you are basically saying that you don't care if your friends (if you even have any) with a less fortunate medical history will die...

It's real in a sense that it's a virus but it's not as bad as media portrays it as. Covid is just another excuse for the government to have total control over it's citizen. But don't take my word for it, let's see what happens further on with all the vaccine takers
