A foreginer stabbed 7/8 innocent swedish people randomly. This person had criminal record and is known to the police. He also had problems with the (welfare system) in sweden. I dont think this is not just "a crazy person" that randomly decided to go on a killing spree.....
He had issues with drugs and is described by others as a person who isn't feeling well and in bad shape. Who are we to speculate really? 
But change your headline maybe because it surely is misinformation.

This is exactly why we should not call it a terrorattack. 
1. We are not SÄPO but also
2. all the things you mentioned are reasons why it actually is a "vansinnesdåd" as we call it in swedish. Like someone who is not 100% stable for any reason doing a completely horrific and like.. unbelieveable thing. The reason behind a "vansinnesdåd" can be medication gone wrong, lack of medication or other things. If I have read correctly on the suspect in Vetlanda, he was on psychiatric medication and there might have been something triggering this outburst within that spectre. = not terrorism

Poor guy. That changes everything. No . The people i feel bad for are those victims and their families and the entire state of Sweden. This keeps happening with increased crimes, rapes, fear its horribe. My heart goes out to all swedes. Stay strong. :c

Yeah, the more years we live the more crimes are committed that is true. 

But you are right that the families and the victims are the ones that are prio in this matter
