Yes usually I just calculate the calories of calorie dense food, or normal calorie desnse food, but not like, bell peppers n carrots n spices n all that stuff, or if theres like 20grams onion in a recipe,, I won't count that lol, pointless rlly

also in general, no fruit juices, just eat fruit
eating a lot of high fiber foods makes u feel more satisfied for longer

oh i also do intermittent fasting which helps a lot to combat snacking, i have a schedule due to uni work where i know i'll always have 2 meals a day, one at 1pm and the second one at 5pm and i dont eat apart from that at all

cut off all candies, chips, sodas and shit like that
sometimes have baked goods of course etc if you feel like it
i think zero tolerance is bad for everything
drink a lot of water
drink tea instead of having unhealthy extra snacks
exercise, walk, jog, dance, anything you feel like would be OK
eat a lot of vegetables
eat regularly and healthy
sleep enough and well

it’s not rocket science really
remember that you are worthy and good at any weight

If you like popcorn you can eat it. It doesn't have almost no calories. 
Eat salad more often and rarely eat carbohydrates like pasta.

yea exactly,  like i'm not gonna weigh my spinach thats completely pointless
and even for nuts i just go for rule of thumb of one handful is enough, its rlly just black rice and oats that i weigh

Actually popcorn without salt or anything is good because it ia very low in calories and makes you satisfied.  There are nutritionist thta recomend eating popcorn as snaks.

And salad of course it depends of what you put there, but a simple normal salad doesnt have calories.

If u just eat lettuce yes, if u add oil based dressing, other stuff except simple veggies, it will add up very quickly
