That's not right
like every teenager or even young adults has "anxiety". it goes away with age most of the time
If u work on it yes, i don't think your anxiety "can just go away", u learn to live with it and you* slowly learn to handle it better.

As said above,
just trying to cloud your mind with a lot usually helps it a bit, I try to take a shower with really cold water so my brain focuses on the fact that I'm freezing and not well, stressing out like a madman

I would do the shower and blast some jumpy music
I get out annoyed but the anxiety is usually going down

I call my friends on discord and well, they're loud and always talk about everything and are loud so it can help

going out anywhere, without a destination or plan, just walk, watch the view, taking some water with you and get back when you're too far away or tired

Also any shooter games, I just get myself annoyed or worked up and shoot everything and anything that I can see and is alive in game

most of the time it goes away once you become confident and self assured. which usually happens around adulthood

No I think usually it does in fact get better the older u get, in most cases, cus u get more sure of urself and care less abt others opinion etc etc, but obv not fonna work for everyone n u can't force urself to grow up like that either

I'm sure it works for some, but im also very sure that not working on it at all and just chilling till it maybe goes away is probably gonna do more bad than good.

its one of these things that is like its a real thing, yes but like most of people who claim to have it most likely dont have it. like what young girl doesnt feel anxiety..its just part of being human. everything doesnt have to be a metal disorder. just like how you can be shy without having social anxiety (obviouly not talking about anyone speciically, just in general)

It's one of the most common things though, even if it's not actually anxiety disorder. Working on it and getting help with dealing with it is gonna help u move forward and overcome the aspects that affect your everyday life. The earlier you do that, the earlier u get to be able to get your education, get a job, live a more "normal" life.
Do u want people to just chill and isolate themselves till they are in their 30 and are not considered a "young adult" anymore? U can't just "chill" and "sit back" and do nothing till the anxiety is gone.
