I wondered the same but realised I was never the problem, they got massive issues themselves so they took it out on me. They had so many problems and I was easy to let it out on because I have a tendency to be a people pleaser and very timid but then I eventually had enough and left

i live with my mom and brothers now, and i visit my dad every week and have contact with him
n it works good with the rest of the family as well now which i couldn't be more thankful for
