You dont need to know what you want lmao, i just knew i was bored and unhappy and I planned some new things to do to shake it up. Like fuck it, why not try climbing at the climbing center. Write it down, and put from 1 to 10 how much do you wanna it to be part of your life, let's say traveling, party, hobby, new job etc. You don't have to make big changes, but change of routine and if you do things you like occasionally, I don't think you'd question your life as much. I question my life when I feel i'm stuck and not happy, so it's my bodies way to communicate it's time for some change.
