See my worry here is they will look up records to verify my reference is valid, or look up the name of the monthly motel I lived in and call the office 

I'm not sure how likely this is tho it's a possibility. That's if they even call. That email could of been an automated response lol 

My gran called the manager pretending to asking for a reference and she wasnt nice. She knows most ppl who stayed there (most if not all ppl live out of it lmfao) r 2 poor to sue 4 libel so she doesnt bother 2 b professional.

A) they don't call 

B) they don't verify the legitimacy of the reference if they do 

If they dont find out it's fake I should be fine. My coworker did tell me they successfully lied for a friend on a rental application before so hoping they dont check property records and trust its genuine LOL

I learned my lesson I'm never smoking in an apartment building im renting again

Ive been looking for months, no luck either

basement apartments are like more dangerous idk you probably live in an area where that doesnt matter lmfao but like its easeir to break in to somewhere on the ground i wouldnt want a basement apartment
